I've had that happen multiple times hunting close to a roost. A bird pitched down with hens, puts a show at ~60 yards for 2-3 hours, all the while a knobby, Cypress tree is digging in my back.

No not really. I shoot them.

I have a couple, but mine are the wrong color. I might could sew up a cover for them... Sucks getting old. Used to not care about 4 hours against a tree.

A bit better alternative that isn't so big and bulky is to use one if the camo self inflating cushions. Blow in it a little to increase its thickness a little and you're good to go.
