AEDC anyone....

Anyone ever have luck hunting AEDC? I've hunted it twice, killed a big bird the very first time. But for some reason I have no desire to go back. See a lot of birds during off season when traveling through though. Anyone think I'm crazy for not hunting it more. It is about little under two hour drive for me though.

It can be tough for sure.... lots of hunters, millions of mosquitos, snakes, ticks.... few birds.

Was there 3 years ago on 2nd draw hunt for deer. Would've had better luck fishing. Didn't see anything. A lot of sign but no deer. They killed a ton on the first weekend. We didn't see any birds either. I don't even remember seeing a feather.

It's where I started turkey hunting and the way my work schedule is now, it looks like that's where I'll end up hunting this year. No way I'd drive 2 hours to hunt it though, but with my 5 to 10 minute drive, it's really my only option this year.
