Stuff like this is going to continue as long as the citizens keep allowing it..There has to be a point where citizens stand up and say enough is enough.
Wow.. As a society we've become weak and ignorant. We ALLOW people who could take care of themselve to be dependant on taxpayers to a point that we have to tax ourselves to death. Matter of fact, under obbumbler we not only Allow, we Invite them to join in the thievery... We allow our system of Law to cater more to the criminal so that millions (prob billions) of tax payer dollars are wasted on public defenders and all the other folks it takes to handle the paperwork workload around this craziness instead of dropping the gavel and ending the problem on day 1.
Im not sure when the total failure of the US will take place but I'll have to say that the writing is on the wall - we are headed that way

Maryland and New Jersey are proposing an outrageous SIN TAX on ammo. Similar to the same tax some states have on alcohol and tobacco.

We the people are gonna have to stand up! Smokers are penalized, what about other tobacco users? What about obese people that cost healthcare a ton. There are studies out now showing obesity costs more than cancer treatment over a person's lifetime. It's high time we take care of ourselves and tell the government we're not interested in what they have to offer.
