To be honest I've never weighed it and I don't have a scale. Google says 27 pounds with a 300 lb weight rating. It took some straps from my old ruck sack and tied them on with 550 cord. I usually pack it in pretty far and it isnt to bad. You could leave the straps on or ill take em off if you'd like.
