savage has got a left handed one out with a nikon scope for 500 and i'm tempted

I hear it is a bad a$$ whitetail round, but have no first-hand experience with it.

If you handload, I don't think you can go wrong at that price.

it is just a 260 in disguise ,,the shoulder angle is supposed to help case life and maybe be more accurate,,but IDK if that has been proved,,

The case itself is shorter than a 260, so you can seat longer bullets closer to the lands with it. Ballistically it's a 260.

I have been looking at a ruger hawkeye stainless in 6.5 creedmore suppose to be very accurate round and mild recoil.
