My wife bought my a Hatfield 410 auto for Father's Day, it's only a 2.5 chamber. ( I had some in the safe ) I went to the barn and shot a couple skeet with it. But dang the price of 410 ammo is stupid! Anyone know where to get some reasonably priced?

Before all the economic shortfalls, you could shop around and find Winchester AA's for 10.99. Wait and buy them when Winchester offered the $2/box rebate and you could get them for 8.99.

Find someone close that reloads. I reload 99% 3 inch squirrel loads. I only load 2.5 to shoot snakes at the pond. I have 5 410's. Only automatic i have is a Mossberg SA 410ga TSS turkey gun.

$1 per shell for 2.5 inch is the new normal if you can even find them. I've started reloading and hate it but not as bad as paying $25 per box

last time I was at Buds in Sevierville, they had a box of 25 for 34.99. I cant remember what shot they were.

The search engine ammo seek is another avenue.

Not always a good price though.

I seen AA 2.5 today 35.00 a box. Find a mec 600 jr mark 5 410. Get on shotgun forums find some 2.5 hulls.

Online prices have been better than in store prices the last few years. More competitive. Local shops have been marked up higher.

Same price I am seeing in west TN. Most .410s will just collect dust with these new prices.

I seen federal top gun 2.5 8 shot. And Winchester AA 2.5 8 shot. Both 34.00 per box. If i had to buy them. I couldn't shoot squirrels qauil and crows like i do. I loaded up ammo before season. I reloaded 34 to 36 boxes of 3 inch in 5's and 6's. Loaded a few boxes in 7.5.
