Freedom of Speech folks. Plus, many should be well educated by now about FFL requirements for buying and selling guns for profit. If you don't know the laws now is the time to educate yourself; not when the BATFE knocks on your door.
I bet the sports forum is off the chain these days….

You know who put a target on our back? The guy who spelled out in a post that he was buying guns to resell without a license. You think the ATF needs me to point out something that obvious? Brother, the point of my post is to get this whole thing deleted and protect the site. If I could, I would delete this whole thread right now. We'd all be better off.
Serious question here: how do you (anyone) know the OP does not have a FFL?

Wouldn't an FFL have to require a background check like normal? I figure something like that would have been stated up front.
Oh you can get a background check. Not now, but in a couple weeks.
