So last year I downloaded the PDF on July 23rd. I'm willing to bet that was only a couple days after it came out.
They made mention of a "new" website that will have ALL the regulations/seasons/ and wmas and their individual rules when they get it up and going. I'll have to look at the beginning of the meeting again cause she talked about it in the first meeting but I skipped over it pretty quick but gave some reason about paper supplies and some other stuff.
