2013 sportsman license

has anyone got there 2013 sportsman license yet? my son got his today and im not sure how to fill out the kill tag.

They have a new check in system, no more temporary kill tags.

I have checked it twice and can't seem to find anything. I may be looking in the wrong place but it keeps telling me updated info for 2013 coming soon.
