Good Afternoon and Happy New Year,
I am looking to fix my transom after finding out it's rotten. I have went down the YouTube rabbit hole and will say it looks time consuming but not something terribly hard. Here are some pictures as it currently sits today. Any suggestions on kits, hardware, or things to avoid please let me know.
Thanks

if your beam length was under 48" I have a piece of 1" Coosa board you could have.. Worst part is tearing the cap and corner caps to replace it.. Coosa has to be bolted through so keep that in mind too if anything is screwed into existing wood.
