1 tick and 0 turkeys so far, not even a gobble this morn and a hen saw me somehow from about 50 yards and ran for the hills, found a tick after going out this afternoon,try again next weekend

I got it lucky, tagged out before I got more than a few ticks.
Oh wait... I'm still gonna be calling birds for other people... time to get out the permethrin. I hate ticks. I also hate chiggers and mosquitoes. And I hate ticks. I also hate ticks. And seed ticks. And ticks of any shape and size. And chiggers. At least I can smash a mosquito. I hate ticks.

Probably had a dozen ticks so far this year...I don't turkey hunt but have been getting some pics of two on my Moultrie.
