Sold/Expired 1 spot on lease in Wayne County

We have 1 opening left on our Wayne County lease.
It's about 900 acres on hwy 64 and butts up to the Eagle Creek WMA.
Mostly woods and ridges with some older clear cut areas and some select cut areas.
Camping area with power, but no water.
10 members total for $450 each
Kids under 16 allowed, but no guests or spouses.
We really prefer someone from East TN as almost all the other members are from that area too.

In my younger days I would consider but dang that's got to be at least four hours away from me . Bet that's a good lease though never hunted in Wayne or Lawrence either but did look at place in Lawrence same year the tornado came through there . Pretty country for bump to the top .
