Looking at your Turkey Hunting 2021 post I notice you'll be hunting GA early season. I'm trying to make heads or tails of their regs. I'm understanding that most of their WMAs are quota the first couple of weeks of season. But, some aren't and the National Forrest not in a WMA would be open. Is that right?
