Great build, ever worry about fresh air? I see maybe 2 air inlets? not sure I have ever seen any thing about ventilation in any builds before.

Ventilation isn't a problem it has a Maxxair fan in the roof with 2 vents in the front plus the windows has screens that raise and the door window raises and has a screen.

Vents , the 90 deg bends are so if its raining the Maxxair fan won't pull water in. They will also be used for attaching a hose with the same quick disconnect end for a small ac/heat unit that will be stored in the aluminum box on front. The units are pricey so that will come at a later date if I decide to go that route. As much air as the fan pulls I don't think I will need a/c. I don't camp in the summer anyway.

that's an awesome rig. Do you have a cost breakdown? By chance? Just curious what it would cost to build something similar

No, I quit keeping track of cost early on. The major items were entry door, plywood and exterior coating. I was lucky and was able to save money on most other materials I used.
