Anyone know of a small deer lease in Decatur or Henderson County, TN for this year or next year please let me know. Tried the "club" route, won't do that again. Thanks

Looking for Decatur County or SW Perry County (near 412 bridge) . 2-3 people… more worried about quality habitat and deer density than acreage. $1500ish or less. Very responsible hunters with referrals available.

Bluegrass Region of Kentucky
3-5 ppl. Upper Cumberland/Plateau area. Deer, turkey, happy to dispatch hogs or yotes if you want em gone. Late 30s and 40s for ages. Christian family men, non-drinkers. Responsible. May occasionally bring kids for hunts. UTVs would be lightly leveraged for hunts but not looking for "place to ride". Preferably 200 ac +. Since I'm asking for unrealistic things, toss in a Biden/Harris/Pelosi impeachment trial to boot!

I'm looking for a lease for myself preferably within an hour drive of Cleveland, TN. Wouldn't be opposed to joining an established club depending on the number of people and size of the property.7

Looking for any acreage within half an hour or so of Brentwood to bow hunt for deer and maybe turkeys. Just me. Willing to pitch in handyman work or farm work, in addition to some cash. Would rather hunt a small property myself than a big lease with a bunch of other guys, but I'm open to hearing about whatever. I'm very respectful of property and property lines, and I'm QDM-minded. I'm a husband, father of two boys under 3, and a busy lawyer--I'm mostly just looking for a spot closer to home so I don't have to drive so far to hunt since I lost my spot from the last two years to being clear-cut (I think for development)...

Might as well throw this out there.
I'd love to find a place within +/- 1 hour of Blount County for me and my 3 young kiddos to get out and chase deer a few times per year at least looking for a meat doe.

Retired military looking for 40-100 acres for two hunters. Interested in getting a couple does each for freezer. Within 2 hours of Maryville.
UPDATE: I just picked up a small farm permission. Getting my first hunt in this afternoon after I put up a couple ground blinds. Hope everyone finds something.

Lookin for Just about anything. For myself and I have a 12yr old son that goes 3-4 times a year. the closer to Bradley county the better. But not against something in unit L. QDM is a bonus.
Looking for a lease my brother and I with 2 kids. Middle Tennessee or within about a hour or two from Maury county. Looking for deer and small game. Both responsible, firefighters. Looking to get the kids out and teach them about hunting and the outdoors. Maybe with possiblity of bringing a camper to set up to stay in while there.
