Food plot and something to cut for hay?

I have a local cattle farmer that would like to cut my 4 acre plot to bale for his cattle. It would be a great help to me to let him do that. Right now it is in chicory and clover. What could we plant that would be good for turkey and deer as well as something for his cattle.
