I try to eat as healthy as possible three meals a day every day. Breakfast is not a problem nor is lunch but I find myself struggling come supper time. What I typically do is grill enough chicken, turkey, or deer (I'm weird I love to fish but I can't eat it) to do until Wednesday or Thursday so I don't have to worry with it after work getting home in late afternoon. I throw a salad together with it and I'm good until now that this routine is getting old. Saw this forum and thought I would ask what you do for a healthy supper?
