Was my weigh in as of this morning. My scales and the doctors scales are 10 lbs off so that makes me 146.4 on the doctors scales. Thats putting me at about 45 lbs lost since last June.

Ive done it with very little exercise, an occasional 2 mile walk here and there. I make myself drink 60-80 oz of water before 9 am everyday at work, and about 40-60 oz more throughout the day. And then 20-40 oz at night. Drinking lots of water and no cokes and watching what i eat has helped me tremendously.
