Bonefish Grill has an appetizer that I have heard from a lot of people is really good. I tried it about a month ago and agree...pretty solid app. I decided to make it myself. There are lots of copycat recipes on line...but I didn't think any of them had the right acidity, so I pretty much followed the consensus on line recipes but added a little pickle juice. Oh and I fried the shrimp the way I always do...Not a fan of corn starch.

Turned out great.
