With only a few weeks left before I head back to TN for good, I am taking a road trip to customer sites. Tonight I went to Hard Eight in Dallas, this place knows Bar-b-queing, They had Brisket of course, ribs, smoked sauage, rib eye steaks, bacon wrapped shrimp, steaks and chicken. cornish hen, chicken, shiskabobs of all kind, roasted corn, you name it and it was on the pit.
Tomorrow, I am headed to Leesville, and Shreveport LA. for the cajun touch, then it is back to FT. Worth to eat at the Stockyard.
