everyone who has hunted turkeys has come across a bird that gets hung up rather its a creek a fallen log or just a bush in a wrong spot. but whats the craziest thing you have called a bird across that you thought would hang him up. Last year i called three birds in that should have hung up. opening day of ms season i called two gobblers across a creek with 3 hens at 5 in the afternoon and killed the strutter, in missouri called three gobs across a river mid morning, killed the strutter, and 2 days later in kansas called one across 2 barb wire fences and a gravel road my buddy killed. great year killed several birds but i know this year i will come across a bird that wont come in and i will get frustrated and hunt him for days before i bump him or kill him. But i cant wait
