Was greatly blessed this season. Went through some ups and downs with the butcher shop letting my first deer go bad in the cooler. But in the end wound up with 2 nice deer in the freezer. Also learned to butcher my own and have already been enjoying the harvest.

While my last deer wasn't a monster by any definition. He was by best and largest so far. His body was quite big and his neck was huge.

Here's the european mount I just finished.

It was interesting to do to say the least. Not all that hard. Good friend gave me the beautiful piece of half-rotted oak. Really gave the mount some character.
