Sportsmansguide.com has new/old model 98 (large Ring) Mauser Yugoslavian barrels in 8x57 for $35.99 if you are a member of their club.
Search under part number B3X-222841.
They come smeared with cosmoline and have no bluing but at that price, who cares? I bought one just to see what I can do with it since I've had a surplus reciever for quite a while with no particular purpose other than experimenting.
