way I understand it is that food placed to attract wildlife is baiting and you can't hunt near it... even if you put "deer corn" out and coons are eating it... I just wanted to double check to be sure. Because I sure would like to go out and sit by my corn pile at night and shoot the coons that are eating it. I would like to say it's "property damage" but I don't think that would pass with TWRA. So can I get an official answer? Is shooting coons over "deer corn" illegal?
A good day in the woods is best finished off with an ice cold Sun Drop.
