When I learned how to drive everybody drove in the right hand lane . Now 90% of the drivers drive in the left hand lane . They drive in this lane right up to they'er turn . This turn usually is to they'er right . They then think everybody is to stop so they can turn . Why dont they get in the right hand lane before their turn so nobody is in their way . These same drivers can't get their car to do the speed limit for some reason . Can somebody please tell me when they changed the rules ? Yes I'M old
