Has anybody had any experience building or having a driveway bridge built on a property in Tn? I am looking at a property that only access is across a small creek. Currently they drive through creek at shallow spot with rock bottom. What kind of laws do I have to deal with and any idea of costs? Creek is only about 8-10 feet wide and 5 feet deep. It’s narrower at spots but the spot I like is that size. I would eventually plan to build so I would think the bridge would need to handle a loaded cement truck. Any help/ideas/experience would be greatly appreciated!
