A friend of mine and myself were talking today and the subject came up on mag capacities. He was curious if he could hunt deer with a 30 cap. mag and I told him that I it never occured to me because my 30-.06 only carries 5. I'm aware of the capacity restriction for shotguns and birds, but not sure about this. Is there a magazine cap. limit while deer hunting?
