The sauce is butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and dark rum. Bananas simmer in that for a while then get stuffed in to a a little pouch made from eggs, flour, sugar, butter and a little vanilla then cooked like a pancake. Then the chocolate sauce gets sprayed on top.
