Got a bunch of Resident Canada geese that fly the farm ponds around my house. About 2-3x a week they pass over my place low. In range low. Hit em with a rock low.

So one of my goals this year is to sit on the back deck with a cup of coffee and a shotgun and hammer a couple geese.

Never had goose before.... What is the best way to cook one?
Need recipes please.
