My ol' lady improvised this bowl of soup last night and I must say that it was quite awesome:
Browned some venison sausage with Italian seasoning and Fennel.
Removed and browned the onions and garlic.
2 jars of wild turkey stock (love that game stock!)
Navy Beans and Collard greens
add the venison back in
-cook for about 2 hours. Add parmesan cheese and mop up with some Italian bread. Easy, fun, hearty and delicious.
It doesn't have to be fun to be fun.
Wild & crazy, can't be stopped. Only the strong will survive.
