Simple and tasty.....kale works great, but so would any hearty leafy green. Even the boy loves them, and it's still a battle to get him to eat anything green right now.

Remove the big thick rib from each leaf, chop into chip-sized pieces, and spray with a little olive oil. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little cayenne is all we use. They come out crunchy and tasty. Put in a 375 oven and monitor them, stirring around every few minutes. Kepp an eye on it because the difference between just right and blackened is a very fine line.


These look pretty soggy in the picture, but I assure you, they are crispy
