Jell-o comes in a million different flavors and I was wondering if using jell-o as an attractant would be considered baiting. An examination of ingredients shows nothing more than gelatin, aspartame, coloring,a bunch of crazy stuff i cant pronounce namely phrnylanine or something like that and artificial flavors, none of the ingredients are of a grain derivative. What would you say twra enforcement guys? I read the state law on baiting already ,just needing your professional thoughts.
