I'm in a pretty casual lease a stone's throw from the Bowater plant, almost but not quite bordering the Hiwassee River. 850 acres, $375 annually for all hunting rights. No ATVs allowed off-road, no facilities or buildings, gated & locked. 4 points on one side minimum on bucks.

Just thought I'd throw it out there if anyone was in need of a spot. I'm not over any of it, I just hunt. \:\)
