From the dam to the first creek it will be clear, from there to the next creek it will a bit more dingy and so on and so forth.
As for fishing I dont think it will effect the generation schedules as bad as it normally would since it hasnt rained in a month.
The fish should bite. They typically always do. Its a rare occasion that I have gone to the caney and not caught a fish.

Horrible. The weather was nice but the fishing wasn't. Floated from the dam to Betty's Island and didn't catch a fish. We got on the water at 7:45 just ahead of the generation. Tons of trash (leaves, grass, loose moss) in the water. Couldn't retrieve your lure back without hanging a bunch of it.
