Finally broke down and got a new HCA Iron Mace.
Been pretty pleased so far - shot it thru the chrony yesterday evening and was pleasantly suprised given my relatively short draw length - 286 fps at 61 lb, 27.5-in draw, 360 gr. arrow Beman ICS.

Sounds good talked to a guy today that worked at HCA for years said he saw one a few days ago and it looked like a real good bow.

I got an Iron Mace last year and I'm pleased with it. Probally best hunting bow I've ever owned. Of course everyones got different opinions what a good hunting bow is. My opinion of a good hunting bow is one that has good let-off, shoots fast and flat enough to be able to shoot one pin out to 40 yards.
