I plan on filming a couple of bow shots this year and want to switch over to lighted nocks to follow arrow flight better on film. I don't know anything about them because I was never interested. Are they all the same or do any of them stand out?

agree with TheAirMan...more consistent than lumenocks and a lot cheaper. I have seen a little wobble out of some so make sure you try them out. Easton (I believe)is making a magnetic one that I like if you the manufacturer route. it gets activated as it leaves the bow and goes into flash mode shortly there after.

I am going to try Airman's method. I bought one of the carbon express lighted nocks from wally world the other day to use in a carbon express arrow.bottom line - it didnt fit good and didnt hold up to maybe 12 shots.

the lighted nock really shined while using them for checking flight problems of the arrows during low light.

I have seen the Easton model...I believe they are called tracers but not sure. My brother just bought some lumenocks. They seem to be working fine and he loves them. They aren't cheap though...like $ten bucks a piece.

The lumenocks fly exactly like my standard goldtip nocks out to 60 yards!

For shots just before dark, they help me find my arrow.
If you can find yours without one, then you have no need.

I found them to be a pain working as they should until I found a combo that works for me.
CE Maxima Hunters with B&C Luminocks.
I keep and use a package of 3 for the season.
For me it's a good use of cash.

Ive been shooting the Easton tracers and they are
working great. Flies just like before I put it on
the arrow. Really bright too.
