Well, they closed the two closest, so I would have to say Lock 2. Lots of smallies and carp near lock 2 on the rocky banks (better when generating). Gar is better the further down you go toward Opryland (deeper, slower water).

Just pass the Bass Pro/mall exit and take the next exit on McGavock Pike. Take a right at the light at McGavock (end of exit ramp). Go up 100 yards and take a left at the Waffle House (first light) on Pennington Bend Rd. Go a mile or so until the road sort of splits. Take the right split (Lock 2 Rd.) until it dumps into the Cumby. It's a very nice and fairly new boat ramp.
