super glue gel with 2" blazers will solve any fletching tear up problems i have had excellent results with this setup.

Also if you are shooting the biscuit the bottom whiskers are tougher than the rest of the whiskers so adjust your vanes so they do not pass through this area. You can notice the difference of the colors of the whiskers on most of the new model biscuits, especially the deluxe

Since the biscuit sets back behind the riser, is everyone cutting their arrows down shorter? It seems to me like the thing to do.
