You need to shoot a 100+ shots just to get the string to settle before you can get a good set on your peep.
Shoot a bunch of shots with it very close to the target and don't really worry about aiming. Focus on shot sequence so you get some benefit out of your time then take it back to the shop and have them set your peep again.

Guys, everyone needs to remember to always, always shoot your new strings a minimum of 50-100 times before you ever install the peep. A lot of problems that archers have with peep rotation can be attributed to not shooting in the string before installing the peep. If you purchase a new string at a pro shop, make sure to tell them to let you shoot the bow for a while before permanently trying to set the peep.

Like the other guys have said , shoot it a bunch before trying to set the peep . Once it settles in , watch how it rotates , then twist the string back so it rotates into the proper position .

sounds like who ever put it on didnt do very good job I shoot zebra strings they work great and last forever
