Sure is... Seems like its about the only place to fish from the bank and have ANY success this time of year...
They were pulling water big time when we were there. The current was so strong through the canal I couldn't even use a worm. I was throwing it as far right of me as I could and buy the time I had lifted it and let it drop 3 or 4 times it was all the way to my left lol
