Well I am shooting an old ultra-mag, with a cast riser. I was wanting a machined riser bow, and my son is getting big enough to shoot my old one.

I have a Katera XL that I have been shooting since March-68 lbs, 28" draw with the adj draw wheels. The handle is perfect for me, the draw cycle is very smooth (not the absolute smoothest I have ever seen). I injured my shoulder a few years ago but the draw cycle does not bother me cmpared to some of the other cam designs. The much discussed weight of the bow has not bothered me one bit. I am shooting it as good as I have ever hoot my previous 4 Hoyts. I am not aware of any bow I would pick over this; however I would consider Bowtech if my shoulder could handle the draw cycle.
