I am 60 days away from Wyoming. Time to increase the weight of my back pack and increase my mileage walking. Adding 20lbs in the pack and an extra mile to the walk. this week I need to quit drinking pepsi max, prayers for the family. I may be hard to get along with for a few days. \:\)

I dont know if I would add 20# and an extra mile at the same time. maybe a couple of days of the extra mile with the current weight backpack then add 10# for a couple of days then the other 10# might be a better option. too much at one time might strain a muscle and set you back.

That is a good idea. I like the Lipton Green Tea.

Climb/walk some big hills too . ;\) They will sap your leg strength and wind before the pack weight does .

The areas I am walking has hills. Half of it is rolling hills and the other half is flat.
