Anybody know where somebody could take a 7 year old to fish (anything) within a while of cleveland?

What kind of fishing do you want to do? In a boat or on the bank?
Candies Creek Bridge area is good for a few different kind of fish.
The Eads Bluff area has a few places you can get along the bank.
If you don't mind driving up toward 58, Gunstocker creek is pretty good.

Some nice piers @ Booker T. Washington State Park. Harrison Bay state park has some good bank fishing. Both not far from Cleveland.

Hey take him to Green Cove pond at Tellico,,,read your regs about fishin there though,,,almost a given your going to catch trout there but it is still fishin,,,started my boy out there,,,because they stock it every week and the action was fast enough to keep his attention.
