Which do you shoot and what do you like about it? What do you see as the advantage?
I have been shooting straight and am starting to play around with right helical. Just fletched one carbon arrow and will start shooting it this weekend.

Helical because it stabilizes the arrow quicker , like putting spin on a football .

I'm shooting straight now, 2 inch Blazers through a Whisker Biscuit. Before I switched to the biscuit, I always shot a helical and would today if not for the biscuit.

Can you not shoot helical through a whisker bisket?

Yes, you can shoot helical through a WB and the speed loss is negligible when compared to straight fletching of the same size. Of course, when you're using Blazer-type vanes, a straight offset is about all you can get.

You guys beat me to the response. I was told the same , you lose a bit of speed using helical through the WB, so just went with the Blazer. I've been satisfied with them so far.
Switched to Muzzy 4 blades (100 gr) and am finding they hit about an inch lower than field points. Bow is perfectly paper tuned. Are you getting the same results?

I shoot a very slight 1-degree helical plastic through a Whisker Biscuit. I have tried straight, but out past twenty yards the thing looks like a knuckle ball.

shoot 2 inch blazers over a tko drop away , things fly like a dart....
