none of my reloading manuels have anything in them for a .260
looks like a trip to sportsmans warehouse is in order

The easiest way is to go to a powder manufacturer's website and look at their powders for a certain weight bullet. They are much more willing to give free info than a bullet maker. If you don't have a powder of whatever powder maker then look at a 'burn-rate' chart and reference the closest powder you have in burn-rate to said chart. Start low and work-up your loads. Decrease the most likely powder's burn rate start charge by 1 full grain and work up in one tenth increments until you reach the sweet-spot for your rifle ;\)

I have quite a few mild loads Ive worked on for the 260, cant give them to you right now because Im not home but I will be this weekend. I will say 120 NBT's and 140 SST's are my favorites for hunting bullets.

I've never had a problem getting load data from any bullet maker. There is always a number on their site. Call 'em up...I've found they are forthcoming with some good info.
