I got my crossbow out today and took some of your guys advice.I painted two red lines on my string and was watched how i cocked it back. And i also went and bought me new bolts.Parker Carbon arrows. It shot 100% better. There is still a little fine tuning i would like to do,but i am happy with it now. What grain field tips should i be useing? The bow came with 100 gr,but the guy at the bow shop i sent to told me i should use 125 gr field tip?Anyway i bought some and got home and realized they were for Regular arrows for a verticle bow.But anyway i am pleased. Thanks for all of the pointers.

I use 100 grain just like my muzzys and they work great. Glad you got it figured out.

broadheads such as muzzy's will shoot different from the field points. if the guy at the bow shop said you should shoot 125 grain you may to check into that, it may be to keep some stress off your limbs when firing.

be sure to try whatever broadhead you choose before hunting with it. Some fly differently than the field points, some don't. I really doubt it makes much difference if you shoot 100 or 125, just be consistent and use the same weight field tip and broadhead. I personally now shoot 100's but only because I get them free \:\)
