Same system, too. Got a pair of thin gloves from a mountaineering store made by Black Diamond that aren't much thicker than cotton jersey but are significantly warmer. I have Reynauds, so of it's below 50 I suffer. These gloves and a muff are a good combo for me.

Artic shield are pretty good, but the best thing that I have found is to get one of those handwarmer pouches around your waist with some hothands in them. Then you can wear a lighter, thinner pair. I don't like to wear big bulky gloves and try to shoot with them on. You can pull your hands out of this pouch pretty quick.
This is the ticket!! By far the best thing I have ever found!!!

i always put hand warmers in my gloves it works very well also you can put your hands on your knees and it warms your legs as well.

I used thin gloves and handwarmers in both of my vest pockets. Works very good for me.
