I bought some old camo netting at an army surplus store to hang around the sides.

Ive hunted out of shiny metal ones and been fine. If it stays there year round they arent going to care.

if you really wanna camo them (they dont need it), spray paint them brown all over the take some leaves and limbs and put them against the stand and spray paint green and tan on top of the leaves. You could do a green base color and spray brown and tan if you like. makes a cool camo job

I prop a few leavy branches to the stand in bow season. By gun season the leaves have turned brown and blend in well.

Best camo is to wear gloves. Seriously. Oil from your hands will leave scent. Deer will smell the stand after you are gone, at night etc... by leaving as little scent as possible, deer dont get clued in as quickly to the stand location.
