I was thinking about buying a new M/L this year and was seriously thinking about the Savage M/L. Can anyone give me quick review likes/dislikes on this M/L. Are they worth the extra money over some of the other M/Ls on the market. I would like to be able to shoot out to 200 yds with the next M/L I purchase. I don't feel comfortable past 100 yds with the one I'm shooting now. THANKS........

It is the best investment you could ever make if you muzzleloader hunt!!
Are they worth the money????? Without one doubt the best muzzleloader on the market with no real competitions.
Doubters have never had one.
500-600 FPS faster than other MLs AND one inch groups and under!!
No dirty fouling and no rust. Clean it next year if you want. Just make sure you take your breech plug out every year and put breech plug lube on the threads so it never gets stuck. I have been using one since 2000 or 2001 and I will never buy another muzzleloader!

The Encores do have a "good feel" about them.

Or you could just take me with you and we could cover that distance better. I would like to hunt fort campbell with someone that knew how to hunt it. The last time I hunt there I had a bad experience with a couple of really low flying blackhawks and haven't been back. O'well I hope they got a good laugh looking at me eye level and me bear hugging the tree.
