I am just curious as to how the primer would affect the barrel an inch or two in front of the load. My understanding was that he was having a problem getting his next load down in the barrel, especially the last 2-3 inches. Are you all saying the primer is fouling the barrel after it has ignighted the powder charge and driven the bullet out?

I shoot loose powder. Was the pellets(and i'm being serious here) not supposed to ease loading and fouling. I've never used them just see the adds for them.
I use T7 all the time. You will get the dreaded crud ring no matter which primer you use. The only solution I have found is to run a damp patch in a jerky motion down the bore. There is lot of info on huntingnet.com on this subject. It is worse in my Omega than my KRB because the Omega bores are TIGHT.
